I just had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location is perfect, right by the NY public library in the heart of Manhattan, and the rooms are cozy and clean. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from the NY public library in the heart of Manhattan, and there are so many great dining options nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern conveniences and a full kitchen, plus a stunning view of the Public library. However, the dining experience could use some improvement with weak coffee, and getting service was a bit hit or miss. The facilities were top-notch and added to my overall enjoyment of the stay.
